Zhivi Williams is the CEO of Leading by Example and Passion Driven, in Charlotte NC. Leading by Example’s mission is to inspire change through health, wellness and fitness. Passion Driven’s mission is to promote women’s health and wellness through educational events.
Zhivi is also a Health, Wellness and Fitness Accountability Coach. As an Accountability Coach, she holds her clients accountable for reaching realistic monthly and weekly goals her clients set. The accountability coaching sessions begin with the client determining realistic goals she or he can reach weekly. Clients are emailed twice a week and speak with Zhivi once a week to ensure clients are reaching their goals and what may be hindering them from reaching the goals they set.
On March 12, 2016, she hosted her first free Women’s Health & Fitness Day in Charlotte, NC. The Women’s Health & Fitness Day included vendors, interactive fitness classes and educational seminars highlighting the importance of living a healthy lifestyle from fitness and health experts.
She is a, motivational speaker, author, Health Coach, Personal Trainer, NASM certified Women’s Fitness and Nutrition Specialist.

She was also a contributing author for the book, The Driven Woman’s Guide To A Fit Body, written by Ebonie Akinsete.
