The “Staying the Course” session picks up where “Climbing the Mountain” left off. You don’t have to enroll in the “Beginning the Journey”, “The Pathway Up” or “Climbing the Mountain” sessions if you have already started your journey. If you haven’t enrolled in a previous session, your accountability coach will have a discussion with you about where you are on your journey and depending on where you are, may ask you to enroll in a different session. This session keeps you moving in the direction of your goals and sets you up for long-term health changes. This session will help you strengthen the changes you have made made so far on your journey and will set you on a course of continued health improvements.
