What we offer
- Each employee that signs up for one of our accountability coaching sessions, the company will receive $20 off.
- Individual accountability sessions is available.
- Our group accountability coaching provides the background for targeted 1-on-1 coaching along with the fellowship of group learning. The group sessions must have a minimum of 3 individuals to sign up to run.
- Group range is 3-15 individuals.
- Sessions are set in a lively, uplifting atmosphere that support each individual of the group.
- Different types of group accountability sessions offered to fit a variety of individual needs.
- Starting the Journey and Beginning the Journey session must be paid in full before starting
- 50% of the other sessions can be paid up front the other 50% must be paid before the second start of the session.
- Individual and group sessions meet together in-person or virtually.
- Individual and group sessions don’t provide those participating with a required diet, supplements, or exercise plan. We don’t offer medical advice and participants are encouraged to contact a physician for medical questions.

According to the State of Obesity website, “According to the most recent data released September 2015, rates of obesity now exceed 35 percent in three states (Arkansas, West Virginia and Mississippi), 22 states have rates above 30 percent, 45 states are above 25 percent, and every state is above 20 percent. Arkansas has the highest adult obesity rate at 35.9 percent, while Colorado has the lowest at 21.3 percent. Sixty percent of adults are not sufficiently active to achieve health benefits. Mississippi had the highest reported percentage of inactivity among adults at 31.6 percent. Obesity is one of the biggest drivers of preventable chronic diseases and healthcare costs in the United States. Currently, estimates for these costs range from $147 billion to nearly $210 billion per year. One in three adults has high blood pressure, a leading cause of stroke. We have created a series of one-on-one and group accountabiliy coaching sessions that address some of the most common issues today around health and wellness. We understand the impact optimal health has not only on the individual but also on their contribution to the workplace, to their family and friends.
When individuals have decided to make a healthy lifestyle change, the change is more than a physical change. Individuals need to be guided towards a change in lifelong habits related to nutrition, weight management and stress management, along with physical activity.
When individuals sign up for group accountabillity session, they are joining a supportive environment of like-minded people that have similar health goals and understand what others in the group are going through. It has been proven that having the support of individuals when tackling a challenge and making a change like losing weight or managing stress can make a huge difference in the overall ability of individuals reaching their goals. Being a part of the group accountability session provides a fun way for individuals to get support and accountability as they work towards improving their health.
We offer your company three different health coaching group sessions your employees can enroll in. The sessions are, Beginning the Journey, The Pathway Up and Climbing the Mountain. Our coaches are also available to do half-day or full day coaching session.
The Beginning the Journey session is a 1-month group session where your employees will set realistic goals, learn how to change their mindset, setting up an external support system and how to start living a healthy lifestyle. During the accountability session they will set their own goals and discuss them with each other. This helps to build a support system for your employee’s as they work on reaching their goals as a team. During the sessions we will also cover specific health topics and how they apply to the specific goals and challenges of those in the group. This session will consist of coursework to help them get started on their journey. At the completion of this session they can enroll in the next coaching session, “The Pathway Up”.
The Pathway Up session is a 2-month group session and picks up where the “Beginning the Journey” session left off. Your employee’s don’t have to start with the “Beginning the Journey” session if they have already started their journey. If they haven’t enrolled in the previous session, their accountability coach will have a discussion with them about where they are on your journey and depending on where they are, may be ask them to enroll in a different session. During this session they will set realistic goals, discuss health risks, nutrition and healthy eating, exercise, time management, stress management, social support and staying motivated. At the completion of this session they are welcome to enroll in the next session, “Climbing the Mountain”.
The Climbing the Mountain session is a 2 month group session and picks up where the “The Pathway Up” left off. Your employee’s don’t have to enroll in the “Beginning the Journey” or “The Pathway Up” sessions if they have already started your journey. If they haven’t enrolled in a previous session, their accountability coach will have a discussion with them about where they are on their journey and depending on where they are. they may be ask you to enroll in a different session. During this session they will set realistic goals, discuss the best way to monitor weight loss, sugar addiction, eating on the run, doing what works for them, motivation and encouragement, “The Mind Body Connection” and meal planning/prepping basics.
The Staying the Course session is a 4-month group session and picks up where “Climbing the Mountain” left off. Your employee’s don’t have to enroll in the “Beginning the Journey”, “The Pathway Up” or “Climbing the Mountain” sessions if they have already started your journey. If they haven’t enrolled in a previous session, their accountability coach will have a discussion with them about where they are on their journey and depending on where they are, they may be asked to enroll in a different session. This session keeps them moving in the direction of their goals and sets them up for long-term health changes. This session will help them strengthen the changes they have made so far on their journey and will set them on a course of continued health improvements.
We can also offer your employee’s individual accountability coaching sessions if they don’t want to participate in the group sessions.
