If you are looking to lose weight, love walking, having fun, learning how to be successful on their weight loss journey, try different fitness classes, learn self-defense, line dance, learn about nutrition or get your weight loss questions answered. Come to the Women’s Health & Fitness Day Event on March … 2017 from 8am-3pm.
NEW this year, we have added a fun walk this year for all ages. The fun walk starts at 8am and the main event starts at 10am. Join us for our 4th Women’s Health & Fitness Day.
The mission of Women’s Health and Fitness Day event is to inform, encourage and inspire change through health, wellness and fitness to women, ages 18 and up. The Women’s Health & Fitness Day will include vendors, interactive fitness classes and educational seminars highlighting the importance of living a healthy lifestyle from fitness and health experts. We will also be providing childcare for ages 3 months – 12 years.

Raffle Prizes (Coming Next Year)

- Where: University Fitness Connection, 8709 JW Clay Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262
- Time: 8am-3pm
- Fun Walk: 8am (all ages can participate)
- Main Event: 10am (ages 18+)
- Childcare: $5 per child
- Time limit: 2 hours
- Ages: 3 month – 12 years old
- Must buy ticket and register child(ren) before the event
- You can register on the day of the event but there is no guarantee there will be child space available.
- You will also need to sign a waiver and present your state I.D. when dropping off and picking up your child(ren)
Must present Eventbrite ticket for admission.
A portion of the proceeds from the raffle prizes and any donations will be donated to Safe Alliance. Safe Alliance’s mission is to provide hope and healing for people in crisis. Safe Alliance assists over 12,000 people annually throughout Mecklenburg County and Lake Norman. They also reach thousands more through their educational and prevention programs as well as institutional advocacy efforts.
All donations are being accepted through Passion Driven, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
