Health, Wellness and Fitness Individual Accountability Sessions

Health, Wellness and Fitness Group Accountability Sessions

You join a supportive environment of like-minded people—who like you—have similar health goals and understand what you are going through. Participants have the benefit of an accountability coach guiding them, the support of a dedicated community and the accountability of regular scheduled meetings.
The accountability sessions can be done by face-to-fact, phone calls, teleconference (webinar) or through the online course. At the outset, we establish a schedule that works for everyone! The group sessions can range from 3 to 15 people. Each session meets bi-weekly for 90 minutes face-to-face, by phone calls, or online or through an online course (coming soon). Each group session will build upon the last one, so you can expect to see a gradual improvement straight away, with significant results as the months go by. Telephone/online coaching is becoming increasingly popular as it eliminates travel time and provides greater flexibility.
If individual accountability coaching isn’t for you but you would like the dynamics of a group, then the group accountability sessions are for you. Research has shown that remote sessions are just as effective as in-person session. Select the session that best works for you.
