My one-on-one coaching program is designed to help you track your progress, discuss your goals and put a plan in place to reach them. We will also share the little victories on your journey to a healthier you. This program will help you to reduce stress and overcome fatigue, to provide the energy to focus on what matters most; your health and wellness.
Each client is unique, and all programs will be tailored to meet your specific needs and desires. I offer a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month health coaching program to help you reach your goals.

Is health coaching actually effective?
Yes! Studies show that we’re effective in helping people get at the root of their problems and create lasting change. As your coach, I listen to your challenges and concerns, help you chart a path forward, and provide accountability. The coaching relationship provides a nonjudgmental and supportive partnership. Are you going to push a specific diet or exercise routine on me?
Nope, this is not a diet. I will make healthy eating recommendations, but I believe you are the expert on your life. You know what’s important to you, what goals make sense, and what steps to take to work toward those goals. My job is to guide you through the process of discovery and insight and help you translate that into action.
How will we meet?
All sessions take place via Zoom.
I’m interested, but what if I can’t afford it?
Keep in mind that your first 30-minute session is FREE! From there, we can select the package that best fits your needs and current lifestyle. If a package you are interested in is out of your budget, we will set up a payment plan where you will be able to break the cost up into equal installments.
I’m not feeling well and haven’t seen a doctor. Can you diagnose me?
No. I’m not a medical doctor, dietitian, or nutritionist. I make no claims to any specialized medical training nor do I dispense medical advice or prescriptions; that is the work of a licensed medical practitioner.
Will you work with my doctor(s)?
Yes and I’d be happy to! I can assist you in developing strategies to actualize a plan set forth by your doctor, dietician, or nutritionist and work closely with your care team upon request. There is a small fee for this additional service.
