30 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE
You are signing up to participate in the LBX Fitness Monthly 30 Day Challenge. During this challenge you will be supplied with a workout schedule for each day of this month. Each day you will also be tagged, if you are in the Facebook Group page. You don’t have to be on Facebook to participate in this challenge. You will receive an email each day for the challenge.
Expectations: We expect you to check in at least once a week, by typing done, to let us know you completed the challenge through text or email.
You will also have days of rest. On the rest days, you can do cardio if you would like, but not the daily workout. If you can no longer participate in the challenge, please let me know.
What does the challenge include and what is expected of you?
I’m glad you asked. This challenge includes/expectations:
- Email or Facebook account needed (you don’t have to participate in the Facebook Group)
- Give 100%
- If you are in the Facebook Group, you will be tagged each day for accountability
- At a minimum, once a week you have to check in through email, text or in the Facebook Group
- You will receive a daily email/text for accountability
- You will receive a new workout each day
Optional for the Challenge:
- Adding weights
- Meatless Monday
- Drinking 64 oz of water a day
- 10,000 steps a day
- Intermittent fasting
- ….and more
